National Youth Storytelling Showcase

The National Youth Storytelling Showcase is part of the annual Smoky Mountains Storytelling Festival held in Pigeon Forge during February. For the year of 2010 though, there were scheduling changes which has the showcase being held in June.
A unique opportunity is presented for kids of all ages to participate in storytelling at a local, regional, and national level through this National Youth Storytelling Showcase. The goal of the showcase is to help kids tell stories. Each young storyteller will have an opportunity to develop their story and to tell their story in a comfortable and supportive environment.
