City of Pigeon Forge Welcome Centers
Come see us at our brand new Pigeon Forge Welcome Center located at 1950 Parkway near the Louise Mandrell Theater. Our state-of-the-art Welcome Center is constructed in the original style of our local mountain architecture, including a slate roof and stone accents on the exterior. Designed to better serve our visitors, the 5,400 square-foot structure includes an open visitor area, and a theater room. Most importantly, the new layout provides easy access to all of the information you'll need to get the most out of Pigeon Forge.
You'll notice an abundance of welcome centers in Pigeon Forge. Guess it's just a reflection of the friendly kind of folks who live around here. However, there are only two city-operated centers whose job is to help make your stay a pleasure right from the start - our Welcome Center at 1950 Parkway near traffic light #0 and the Visitors' Information Center at 3107 Parkway at traffic light #5. Pick up maps and brochures to help you decide what to see or where to go, or ask our friendly staff for advice.
