In celebration of National Travel and Tourism Week 2017, we’re shining the spotlight on Pigeon Forge employees and recognizing them for their excellent customer service!
Meet Kim Dillon, Ticket Supervisor at The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel who nominated by Courtney Thompson and Chrisy Griner.
Kim Dillon graduated from Bluefield State College with a degree in Early Elementary Education. Originally from southern West Virginia, Kim spent many summers visiting her sister who lived in Sevier County. By doing so she developed a love of the area so she and her husband decided to move to the area three years ago. Kim joined the team at The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel in March of 2016 and was quickly promoted to Ticket Supervisor. Kim has a smile that brightens the room and a positive attitude that is contagious to everyone around, there is no such thing as a bad day when Kim is around. She consistently goes above and beyond to relate to our guests to ensure they have a memorable experience. Kim’s love of the Smoky Mountains and her passion for people makes her a ‘Shining Face of Travel.’
