Ring in the New Year in Pigeon Forge!

Why not celebrate this New Year’s in Pigeon Forge? There will be some festive activities for New Year’s Eve, so when the clock strikes midnight and the new year begins, you and your family can be celebrating Smoky Mountain style. Whether you want to attend one of these great events or just want to have some fun on your own, visit Pigeon Forge and make it a New Year’s celebration to remember.

The TITANIC Museum will be hosting a “Noon Year’s Eve Celebration” for the kids on December 31st. Kids can wear their pj’s and the cost is only $10 for children 12 and under and $28.50 for adults. They will get a tour of the museum, a visit with Alice in Wonderland and Mad Hatter characters, and have a noon balloon drop at the Grand Staircase. What a fun way to let the kids have their own celebration!

Another fun stop will be the Island’s New Year’s Eve Celebration. It will be a night of great activities complete with live music and a midnight countdown with fireworks. The event is free and will be an event the whole family will enjoy. As an added bonus, country music artist Raelynn will hit the stage at 11pm. It’s sure to be a rockin’ time at the Island!

If you’re looking for a low-key celebration, there are plenty of other fun things to do in Pigeon Forge on New Year’s Eve. Have a nice family dinner at one of the many great restaurants in the area, like the Old Mill or Bennett’s Pit Bar-B-Que. If you didn’t get a chance to see one of the holiday shows or attend Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Christmas, they will still be running. If you ever think you’re running out of activity ideas try a round of miniature golf or maybe even race some go-karts. Head back to your cabin or condo and finish the night with games and quality family time. Start some new Pigeon Forge New Year’s traditions this year!
